Wyoming Big Horn Sheep Hunting/Guiding
Sheep hunting takes place in September in hunt area 7. These hunts take place above timber line, so the hunter needs to be in the best physical shape. The sheep population is growing each year and doing well. In 2010, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department increased the number of tags issued.
