Deposit:

30% required at time of booking and balance due upon arrival.

Refund of Deposit:

Deposit refunds will be given for the following:

  • For emergencies, medical emergencies, or death, the Wyoming Game and Fish policy will be implemented.
  • When a vacation trip is filled by someone else.
  • Clients must notify the Outfitter of their intensions in writing by postal mail to:

All refunds will be 100% and made within 30 days following completion of these requirements, and notification to the Outfitter in writing by postal mail.
